Held in partnership with Martin Searle Solicitors and delivered by Fiona Martin, Director and Head of Employment Law, Fiona will provide practical and legal information. Sessions will include presentations and case studies, with time for Questions and Answers.

Dealing with sick or disabled employees fairly and appropriately is important for your organisation. After this briefing, you will understand:

  • Managing short and long term sickness absence
  • Disability and the duty to make reasonable adjustments
  • Absence due to stress or harassment caused by employers or colleagues
  • Ill health dismissals.

* Organisations who are not members of ours, but who are a charity or community group operating in in Adur, Worthing or Brighton and Hove.
