ADAPTATION: Anxiety, and living with a long term condition during a pandemic

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has recently opened a study investigating the impact that the coronavirus outbreak is having on people’s mental health. The research is funded by MQ, a mental health research charity and Versus Arthritis and it is being delivered in partnership between Brighton and Sussex Medical School and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

We are interested in understanding both people’s physical and mental health, and the impact that the coronavirus outbreak has had on them.

We’re aiming to reach as many people as possible to gain a broad and diverse understanding and will be recruiting until the end of August 2020. In fact, the only inclusion criteria for the study are that anyone participating is aged 18+, has the capacity to provide informed consent, and also has access to the internet as the questionnaires are only accessible online.
