Healthy at Home – small grants funding from Brighton & Hove CCG

Community Works are pleased to announce a new small grants fund for charities and the voluntary and community sector to rapidly develop and flex existing services to provide resilience, especially over winter.

Grants of up to £4,000 will be awarded to Brighton and Hove organisations whose bids are able to demonstrate small scale initiatives to deliver community resilience which will support people’s wellbeing so they can remain at home, preventing hospital admissions or GP appointments, where it is clinically safe to do so.

There is a very quick turnaround time for this funding so we are particularly looking for projects that expand on existing work or that can be mobilised within a matter of weeks.

There is detailed guidance here and an application form here. The closing date is 12pm on Monday 10 February 2020
