Our directory lists details of the range of services and activities provided by our 550+ members, all of which are voluntary or community organisations based in Brighton, Hove, Adur or Worthing.

You can search the directory using an organisation’s name, or search by area, type of service, or client group. This directory can be updated, so if you spot any errors, get in touch with us on or 01273 234023, and we’ll do our best to update it.

If you’re from a voluntary or community organisation based in Brighton, Hove, Adur or Worthing, you can apply to join us as a member. There are lots of benefits to being a member, including discounted and prioritised access to our services. Once your application has been approved your details will also appear in this directory.


A Band of Brothers

A band of brothers is a charity established by men committed to positive social change through personal development and community building. We mentor and support young men to make the difficult transition to mature adulthood through Rites of Passage based development work.

Acorn Pregnancy Counselling Centre

Acorn's vision is for Worthing to be a town in which no one has to experience pregnancy loss or unexpected pregnancy unsupported, and where young people are able to learn the story of pregnancy

Action for Bevendean Community

ABC is a forum for residents and service providers to discuss all issues or activities pertaining to the Bevendean area. It is also the 'umbrella' organisation for several important sub-groups active locally. We delegate issues or concerns appropriately.

Action for Happiness in Brighton

We are a community group of volunteers set up in 2012 to take action to increase happiness in Brighton. We hold talks, film screenings, interactive workshops and social events. We are a not-for-profit group with no political or religious affiliations.

Action on Elder Abuse

To challenge Elder abuse, address abuse within people’s own homes (whether by family, friends or paid staff), within sheltered housing, and within care homes and hospitals.
Offers support to people who have experienced abuse

Action on Hearing Loss - Sussex Community Outreach

The Sussex Community Outreach Team provides outreach support in the community to adults who are deaf/have hearing loss or tinnitus and an additional need such as a learning disability, mental health issue or old age frailty.

Action Painting Workshops CIC

Community art studio that will welcome everyone as an artist. It will be a collaborative and inclusive place to talk, make art and build communities, with free workshops for children in need and for young carers.
