Member Directory

Our directory lists details of the range of services and activities provided by our 560+ members, all of which are voluntary or community organisations based in Brighton, Hove, Adur or Worthing.

You can search the directory using an organisation’s name, or search by area, type of service, or client group. This directory can be updated, so if you spot any errors, get in touch with us on or 01273 234023, and we’ll do our best to update it.

If you’re a member you can check or change the details we hold on your organisation.

If you’re from a voluntary or community organisation based in Brighton, Hove, Adur or Worthing, you can apply to join us as a member. There are lots of benefits to being a member, including discounted and prioritised access to our services. Once your application has been approved your details will also appear in this directory.



We work with the homeless community and those who have been placed in temporary accommodation. We also work with families and those in food poverty through our pop up food bank.

Sibling Link

We are a peer support group for adults who have a brother or sister living with mental ill health. We will provide a safe space to share experiences, emotional support and advice in order to look after your own wellbeing and to support your sibling.

Sight Support Worthing

We are a local membership organisation offering support and many other services to anyone living in Worthing who has an eye condition that cannot be successfully corrected by operation or glasses.

Silver Sounds

Silver Sounds is an older people's samba band. We specialise in the rhythms of Brazil and South America. We practice weekly and perform at community events. We want to show what older people can do and not concentrate on what we can't do.

Sing for Better Health

Six therapeutic singing groups per week. Five are for older people in general, and anybody any age with long-term health problems (e.g. breathing difficulties, Parkinson’s, Depression, Alzheimer’s, MS, Stroke, Heart conditions, Cancer, mental health problems etc.) A sixth weekly group is for those with mental health issues.

Saturdays 11.30 to 1 Brighton Centre (Brunswick Surgery/ Health & Wellbeing Centre)

Smart Dog Education CIC

Smart Dog Education is a Community Interest Company - raising funding from commercial activity, to support those furthest from the workplace into jobs or enterprise. We offer a range of vocational courses aimed at those with disabilities

Smarter Uniforms CIC

Smarter Uniforms is a community-led second-hand uniform shop. We aim to fundraise for schools, save parents money and protect our planet's precious resources for our children's future.

SML College

The College is a vibrant learning community that offers a real alternative to schooling. We provide a stimulating and nurturing environment where students can develop the confidence and skills they need for the future.
