Brighton Therapy Centre is a local registered charity in the heart of Brighton, that provides a wide choice of high quality psychological therapies, support services and psycho education in group and individual settings for males, females, couples, families and children with a range of mental health difficulties in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas.
We aim to facilitate practitioner learning community through high quality clinical supervision, staff training, reading groups, complex case discussion groups and support. We aim to involve service users and staff in developing and improving the service.

BWC has been supporting self-identifying women across Sussex since 1974. Our aim is to empower women and reduce inequality by promoting independence in a safe, women-only space.

Our services include: Peer-to-peer support (including 50+ groups), therapy and holistic therapy services, food bank, telephone 'drop-in' helpline, Toybox pre-school, Inspire project (working with women in contact with the criminal justice system), and WASS (women-only accommodation support). We provide training and support for volunteers who wish to offer their skills with one or more of our services. Currently, our services are running remotely due to COVID-19.
Brighton Yoga Foundation aims to spread the physical & mental benefits of yoga through year-round community yoga outreach projects, funding small yoga-related projects, free or “Pay What You Can Afford” yoga events and an annual yoga festival in the city.

We host micro-funding events for community projects where the public vote to decide which project gets the ticket money. A fun way of getting local people supporting community projects with food, refreshments and musical entertainment.
