I moved to Brighton to attend Brighton University and have since enjoyed living and working in this vibrant city and community for over 30 years.
During my career I have gained more than 25 years experience in Financial Services in a variety of Business Executive roles including strategic planning, marketing, employee engagement, project management, finance management and treasury.
My expertise is in the design, delivery and implementation of marketing, business strategy and people initiatives. As a qualified Organisation Ombudsperson and Workplace Mediator I have extensive experience in providing guidance to support employees and effect change across an organisation.
One of my recent marketing roles was leading the American Express partnership with Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and their charity Albion in the Community which drew me closer to community initiatives and volunteer work. Following this experience I have wanted to utilise my background and offer my expertise to contribute and support the charity and voluntary sector.
