Currently our advisers caseloads are full and we have a waiting list. In the meantime you can check whether you are eligible for the programme. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining the waiting list. You can also find a number of resources that may be helpful in the meantime.

Routes is funded by Building Better Opportunities, a joint programme between the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

About Routes

Routes offers free, one-to-one personalised support to help people on their journey into employment in Brighton and Hove and West Sussex.

What makes Routes different from other employment support services is that we are free, we offer financial help, and we offer fantastic work placements.

Brighton & Hove

Routes can help participants on their journey into employment at one of two local Brighton organisations – Whitehawk Inn, or The Hangleton and Knoll Project.

West Sussex

In West Sussex, Routes is delivered by local organisation The Workers’ Educational Association (WEA).

Check out our newly launched Routes website, where you’ll find everything you need to know about Routes.
