Trustee and leadership
Trustees (also known as directors, board members, governors, or committee members) are responsible for ensuring their organisation meets its purpose and uses its resources appropriately to do so.
Our trustee and leadership network (formerly governance network) is an opportunity to meet other trustees and committee members, and share and learn from your peers about topics related to good governance.
Our trustee and leadership network meets in Adur and Worthing, and in Brighton and Hove.
“The governance network has helped develop the knowledge and skills of our board of trustees. This has resulted in stronger governance of our organisation.” Natalie Woods, LGBT Switchboard
