Increasing diversity of volunteers adds alot to your organisation. It can increase the quality and range of activities you can run, increase the range of skills, knowledge and approaches that to boost your activites.

Being inclusive goes beyond numbers. It leads to diversity of thought and action. Volunteering is a great place for people to meet, exchange ideas, break down barriers, get to know each other and so plays a vital role in removing barriers and creating a better understanding of how we can live and work together.
